My son was fixing the flush and was putting back the toilet tank top. The cover slipped from his hands and broke the toilet tank. Water spilled everywhere. Went on homeadviser and Mike called us. He went with us to the store to pick a new toilet, he installed in less than an hour. When they left, you wouldn't have even noticed that there was work recently done, meaning the work was clean and everything looked like it was in place. Toilet flushed. No complaints. Problem fixed. Mike succeeded where many others failed (did work that didnâ t fix the problem) or gave up (can reach problem area). Mike was supremely confident and deleivered the goods. Long story, but I had given up on one problem and was planning a multi-thousand dollar job to get to desired end result. Mike fix the issue for a little over a hundred dollars. He was so good I hired him for another, apparently intractable problem that had been plaguing the bathroom for years. He fixed it in a day, again, saving me thousands. I will never hire another plumber.

Mike is great! Even came on Sunday at no extra charge. Fixed the outside faucet in just a matter of minutes; tested it to make certain it worked properly; and cleaned up afterward. He even found a small drip from my kitchen sink drain, which he repaired at no charge; and recommended I talk with the city about my faulty water meter (pressure reading isn't working). Arrived later than expected. Had a jagged area where you open the van door. It cut my hand, which bled badly. This should NOT have been there. Made it a bad experience.
Plumber quoted price for 3 jobs, did 2, and charged for 3. Charged $200 an hour for the work. Totally disgusted. Would never let him back in my house.Response from Company: I think is normal the parts was $125. And labor $75. A service call is between $75-$100, that's just some one to come see the job. If all my customers did that, I would be out of work. Thank God and my real costumers for they're support. It is impossible to be like God only he can satisfy everyone.
I had a broken faucet and leaking garbage disposal in my kitchen. Mike from Lord Plumbing responded quickly, arriving the next day to accomplish all repairs. He offered sincere and honest recommendations for replacement parts, which was a huge help. And you can't beat the price!
Mr.Mike, master plumber, replaced my shut off valves and all the piping under my kitchen sink. It's a lot roomier under there now, but I still have very little hot water pressure from my faucet, which was the main reason for calling a plumber. Mr. Mike believed the fault was in the new kitchen faucet I had put in a month ago. I had no choice but to trust his judgment as he could find no other problem. So, I guess I'm not 100 percent satisfied.

faucet started leaking Wednesday before Easter , found our valves needed replacing when I went to change faucet on Thursday , Lord Pluming came out on Friday after a Thursday call and was "Johnny on the spot" had it done in less than two hours, price was more than fair and I will have them do other plumbing work very soon in our home.

Mike came out same day I called him about leaking toilet. Because toilet is original to house (28yrs) and has been repaired before, Mike suggested replacing toilet with one that uses less water. He purchased the toilet and installed efficiently. Left bathroom clean, removed old toilet.
Not only did he fix my toilet, but he also looked at my tub and didn't charge me. He even suggested I call the city to get new toilets since I have older version.

Mike not only replaced ~100 ft. of cast iron/galvanized pipe under my crawlspace, he went above and beyond in adding additional piping for a future laundry sink as well as a washing machine outlet box for minimal cost. He came out on a sunday to look at the project to see what he would need and gave me an estimate. There was no charge for this visit. He arrived on time after the holiday weekend and preformed the work in a very professional manner. He had repaired a broken floor flange for a toilet and installed the new toilet. Mike came to my home to investigate my problem. Water was collecting outside my kitchen window and the water meter was showing movement when nothing was in use. This led me to believe that I had a water leak under the slab. Mike came and spent over an hour performing fault isolation tests and ended up proving to me that I did not have leak at all. The meter movement turned out to be my reverse osmosis water purifier recharging itself. Mike said that I did not owe him anything, but I gave him 50 dollars for his time. Mike's honesty and fairness saved me a lot of money. He is very capable an I plan to hire him for future jobs.

Lord Plumbing was a absolute pleasure to do business with. The cost was more than half less of what other companies quoted me on.. They changed my hot water heater in minimal time, even with the water heater in my attic. Some companies wanted to charge me $2000.00 to change.
